Chichen Itza was one of the largest Maya cities in the State of Yucatan, (800 A.D) it belongs to the Seven Wonders, I was there last summer, and it is a magical site, it was crowded, I have to say it was very hot, even and so I enjoyed because it is full of history. There is also a “cenote” it is a type of “lake” that you can only find them in Mexico.

Very nice photos, and I been there before. Before I had a Word Press account and started posting photos I had taken, and when I was younger and had some hair. Excellent photos thanks for sharing.
