Chichen Itza-Mexico

Chichen Itza was one of the largest Maya cities in the State of Yucatan, (800 A.D) it belongs to the Seven Wonders, I was there last summer, and it is a magical site, it was crowded, I have to say it was very hot, even and so I enjoyed because it is full of history. There is also a “cenote” it is a type of “lake” that you can only find them in Mexico.

  1. Nice pictures you shared with us. What equipment you use to capture those photos?
Your shared pictures makes me wanna visit that place.

  2. Is a cenote different from any normal lake?

Those are some gorgeous Mayan ruins! It turns out the Mayan Empire extended through much of Central America. There are some ruins in Belize, which I show on my Belize article.

    Thanks for sharing!
